Making Flowers with "Royal Icing" (RI)




First off RI is easy to make but then you have to make sure you have the correct consistency for what ever it is you want to create i.e cake boarders, flowers so soft peak, medium peak or stiff peak. The pics above are my frist attemps at making these flowers so they are not perfect but in time I am sure they will be :-D
