Well it has been sooooo hot in the Gold Coast latley it's been really hard to keep my buttercream frosting from melting (sigh) hehe. It was my son's 1st birthday last week and I decided to make him a gingerbread train since he is motor vechile mad and all I thought it would be prefect. I also made him chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting & sprinkles, vanilla cupcakes with strawberry flavoured buttercream frosting & sprinkles & last of all cake pops covered in white chocolate yumo those were the first to be demolished!
Ok well I hope everyone has a safe and very Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year I'm off to NZ for a much needed holiday woo hoo in saying that I do have a wedding to cater for while I am on holiday, hopefully Santa brings me a new camera.
