Ok here's a bit of an update! About a week ago I was asked if I would donate a cake to raise funds for those people back in Samoa who lost everything in the Tsunami. I felt honoured and blessed to have contributed something to a special cause. And I so need a new camera hehehe. Here's a picture of the cake I made. A moist chocolate cake filled with caramel and covered in dark chocolate ganache and decorated using black royal icing. I did a basic tapa cloth design. Alofa Samoa :-D
