So what have I been up to? Well last week I decided I would have a go at making MM fondant (Marshmallow fondant). Lets just say it was a sticky, messy experience BUT in saying that I found that using MM fondant to cover cakes is a lot easier than using normal fondant plus marshmallows are so delicious yum yum. Above is a picture of a birthday cake that I covered using the MM chocolate flavoured fondant that I had made.
